Had high hopes but disappointed
I really thought this book would offer more practical advice, but it felt more like a textbook at times. I guess I was expecting something a bit more hands-on. Glad I borrowed it instead of buying. Just not for me.

I was thinking this would be more practical, with exercises and tips. Instead, it was more philosophical. It’s well-written, but I wanted a more step-by-step guide. Just be aware it’s more abstract than concrete.

Interesting but a bit too intense
While I appreciated some of the topics covered, I felt a few sections were a bit heavy-handed for my taste. The idea of connecting on multiple levels is powerful, but it left me wanting a lighter approach. Still, it has its moments!
