About the Author James Anthony Ellis is a writer, producer and filmmaker living in Southern California. His first book, Starting Point: A Guide to Metaphysics, the Golden Time and Love, was initially published in 1989. Other books include Life Traveler, Tears, The Honor Book, Preparing for the Best, and Breadcrumbs: Poetry & Prose Designed to Lead You Home. He has spent over 14 years in leadership within MDI (Mentor, Discover, Inspire), an international men's organization, including the role as Division Coordinator of the San Diego Men's Division. James also offers The Creative Collaborative, a monthly newsletter that announces available writings, upcoming special events and anything he finds pertinent in the moment.
