I expected more from this book given the hype. A lot of the information felt outdated, and a couple of sections were just confusing. It’s like they skimmed the surface of important topics. Not what I hoped for as an HR professional.

Good Information, But Lacks Depth
I found this guide to be useful in many respects, but some topics felt a bit rushed. It’s a good starting point for HR professionals, but I was hoping for more in-depth analysis on certain issues. Still, it’s handy for quick reference.
