It has always been our goal and mission (ever since weve had goals and missions) to help other families become more healthy, happy, and whole. Weve done this through community health talks, oneon conversations, and trying to live openly about our victories and struggles through social media in an effort to help others see that we are all a work in progress. There is always room for improvement in all our lives. Were excited about how this book may impact the lives of your children and your family as you learn more about the effect what we eat has on our bodies. Weve only begun to scratch the surface on this new and exciting world living inside of us, the microbiome.
