Shaul Eisenberg, known to some as The Israeli Shogun, was the richest man in Israel and one of the wealthiest men in the world. Upon his death in 1997 his gross assets were valued at over $10 billion. Author Ben Bernstein had the opportunity to work very closely and personally with Eisenberg from 1979 to 1990 and was President and CEO of Eisenbergs trade and development companies based in North and Latin America. This book describes the social and economic evolution and development of China in the 1980s and Eisenbergs role in providing everything from over $3 billion in military equipment from Israel to the China, during a period when China refused to officially recognize Israel, to his commercial adventures and misadventures throughout the world
