The Letters of Madame is a compilation of the correspondence of ElizabethCharlotte of Bavaria, also known as Princess Palatine and Duchess of Orleans, during her time at the court of King Louis XIV from 1661 to 1708. The letters were collected and edited by Gertrude Scott Stevenson and published in two volumes. The first volume contains letters from 1661 to 1682, while the second volume covers 1683 to 1708.
