Useful but Lacks Depth
This book serves as a decent introduction to Ayurveda, but I found it a bit too basic for my taste. It covers the essentials well, but I was hoping for more in-depth information on balancing the spirit. Still, it's a nice read if you're just starting out!

Not for Advanced Learners
While I appreciate the effort put into 'The Little Book of Ayurveda', it felt a bit too elementary for someone with prior knowledge. It has nice visuals, but the content didn’t dive deep enough for my liking. Good for absolute beginners, though!
