The book arrived with a bent cover, which was disappointing. However, I really enjoy the breathing techniques included inside. I just wish the packaging had been better.

Not what I hoped for
I wanted something more in-depth, but this feels a bit too basic for me. There are some useful tips, but I expected deeper insights into breathing methods. Might work better for beginners.

I thought this book would have more advanced breathing techniques, but it's mostly for beginners. It's still useful, though! Just wanted something a bit more challenging to work with.
