A number of important concepts concerning living the Christian life are explored as the characters in the story discover the adventure of trusting Christ with their lives. The novel seeks to communicate in practical ways, how Christians grow in their faith and in their love for Christ. It shows how commitment to Christ leads to a life full of meaning and purpose with eternal implications. Christ gives us a life beyond anything we can know, compared with seeking to run our own lives our own way. It is a heartwarming and challenging story that encourages the reader to step out and trust Christ with their lives.
