I bought this expanded edition of The Master Drummer for my son who's really getting into drumming. The online videos are super helpful and the practice techniques are spot on. He’s already improved his skills after just a few weeks!

Not the best for beginners
I was hoping for something more straightforward. The techniques in The Master Drummer are advanced, which is fine, but the explanations can be confusing at times. I returned it after trying to work through a few chapters.

This book has a ton of info and the online videos are a nice addition. However, I found some sections a bit overwhelming as a beginner. Still, I'm learning a lot from it. Just go at your own pace!
