I bought this for my veterinary studies, and it’s incredibly detailed. The layout is user-friendly, which is a plus during late-night cramming. Just wish there were more illustrations to help visualize some conditions better.

The Merck Veterinary Manual is a treasure trove of information! As a pet owner, I find the 8th edition really helpful for understanding health issues. It's well-organized and comprehensive, covering everything from diseases to treatment protocols.

Disappointing Coverage on Some Topics
While the Merck Veterinary Manual has lots of good info, I was disappointed by the lack of coverage on certain rare diseases. I expected more detail, considering its reputation. Still, it’s a decent reference overall.
