Misleading Packaging
I was excited to get The Message Bible, but the packaging was damaged when it arrived. It looked like it had been opened before. The content is great, but the condition was disappointing. I think they need to work on shipping better.

The Message Bible definitely has its strengths, but it's not my favorite version. Sometimes I find the wording too casual. It works well for new readers, though, so I’d suggest it for those just starting out with scripture.
