I was really looking forward to reading 'The Metaphoric Mind', but it arrived with a torn cover. It's frustrating because I wanted it as a gift for a friend who loves creative literature. I still hope to read it, but the condition it came in was a letdown.

I picked up 'The Metaphoric Mind' for my creative writing class and it has been an absolute treasure. The concepts explore the depths of consciousness in such an engaging way! It really helped boost my creative flow while writing my stories. Definitely glad I got this book!

Good insights, but a bit dense
This book offers some really interesting ideas, but I found some sections a bit hard to get through. It's packed with valuable insights about creativity and consciousness, but it took me longer than expected to finish. Great for deep thinkers, though!
