Unfortunately, The Orc King didn't meet my expectations. I was hoping for more action and adventure, but it felt more like a build-up that didn't pay off. The plot twists were predictable, and I struggled to stay engaged. Not sure if I’ll continue with the series.

A great start to the series!
I just finished reading The Orc King and I love how it sets the stage for the Forgotten Realms world. The characters are really engaging and the transitions between scenes kept me hooked. I can’t wait to dive into the next book!

Interesting but a bit slow at times
This first book has some great moments, but I found the pacing to be a little uneven. Some chapters dragged on while others had me glued to the page. Still, I appreciate the depth of the Orc King’s character and the world-building is solid.
