I was really excited to start the PH Balance Diet, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. The detox process was harder than I thought, and I didn't see any significant weight loss after a couple of weeks. It might work for some, but it wasn’t for me.

I liked the idea of this diet book, but I found some parts a bit confusing. The guidelines for balancing acid and alkaline levels could be clearer. Still, I’ve lost a few pounds and feel lighter, so it’s not all bad! Just wish the instructions were more straightforward.
