Fitness professionals now find themselves challenged with learning these new techniques to meet the demands of their clients.This manual was created to illustrate basic and intermediate reformer exercises in a fitness format for use in a group exercise class. Each exercise is broken down into categories from benefits to set up and movement. Safety prerequisites and cues are also included to enhance teacher skills.
