I've been doing yoga and pilates for years, but this book really helped me understand my core muscles better. The exercises are easy to follow, and I've noticed a big difference in my stability. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to strengthen their inner core!

Innovative approach, but pricey
I like the unique perspective on the inner core, and the illustrations are helpful. However, I was a little disappointed by the price point. I expected more content for what I paid. It's a solid book but may not be for everyone.

Not what I expected at all
I was really looking forward to this book, but it didn't meet my expectations. The exercises seemed overly complicated, and the explanations weren't clear. It just didn't resonate with me, which is unfortunate.

Helpful but a bit advanced for beginners
This book has some valuable insights on integrating the core, but I found some of the techniques a bit challenging. If you're a complete newbie, you might struggle with some parts. Still, it's a great resource once you get the hang of it!
