Arguing that it is time to restore the sociopolitical dimension to the movement of autonomy, he proposes that a genealogy of the HebraicHellenic archetypes can help us evaluate more recent modelslike the Afrocentric oneand redefine the controversy surrounding education, Eurocentrism, and cultural politics.
