As a music teacher, I can say this book is a treasure trove of information. It covers everything from acoustics to how we perceive sound. Highly useful for lessons! Just wish it had more examples to illustrate some points.

Great for music lovers, minor printing issues
I bought this book for my husband who is a musician, and he loves it. The explanations of sound waves and musical tones are clear and very interesting. However, a few pages had some smudges which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good read!

Damaged during shipping
I was excited to receive The Science of Musical Sound, but it arrived with a bent cover, which was disappointing. The content seems promising, but I haven’t fully dived into it yet. I just hope the pages are in good condition!

Good content, but hard to stay engaged
I appreciate the depth of information in The Science of Musical Sound, but I found it a bit dense and hard to keep engaged with. It's packed with great facts, but I had to take breaks to really absorb the content. Worth it if you're patient!
