I was excited to read The Secret Holy War, but it arrived a week late and with some minor damage to the cover. The content seems intriguing, but I haven't had the best experience so far. Fingers crossed the story makes up for it!

A Thought-Provoking Read
The Secret Holy War of Santiago de Chile offers a compelling look into emerging voices in literature. I found the perspectives truly refreshing, and the paperback format makes it easy to carry around. Highly engaging for anyone interested in Chilean culture and history!

Interesting but Lacks Depth
I enjoyed parts of this book, but I felt some sections could have been developed further. The emerging voices theme is unique, yet I wish there were more context in certain areas. Still, it's a decent read for those curious about Santiago.
