I found the book quite useful for understanding service catalog management. However, I was hoping for more real-world examples to illustrate the concepts better. Still, it's a solid reference. Just wish it had a bit more depth.

Not what I expected
I was disappointed when I received the Service Catalog book. It felt a bit outdated and didn't cover new trends in service management. The layout was also not very engaging, which made it hard to stay focused. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for current insights.
