I thought The Shaolin Workout would be more martial arts focused, but it’s more about overall wellness. It took a few days to get into the groove, and I found some of the instructions unclear. However, I've noticed positive changes in my flexibility and strength after sticking with it.

I was really excited for The Shaolin Workout, but I found the routines a bit repetitive. It didn’t feel like it was transforming my body or soul as promised. Plus, the material wasn’t clear on some key techniques. I’m giving it two stars because I appreciate the effort, but it wasn't for me.

Great workout, but some routines were tough
I enjoyed the Shaolin Workout, but I gotta admit, some of the exercises were a bit challenging for me. It definitely pushed my limits, which is good, but I wish there were more modifications suggested for beginners. Still, I loved the structure and the philosophy—it’s really inspiring!
