This book really captures the bravery of the crew of the USS Neosho. I couldn't put it down, especially the parts about their survival at sea. If you're into historical stories, this one's a must-read!

Interesting but slow at times
The saga of the USS Neosho is fascinating, but I felt some sections dragged on a bit. The courage displayed is undeniable, though, and I learned a lot about WWII. Worth a read if you're patient.

I was looking forward to a more action-packed narrative. While the story of the USS Neosho is important, at times it felt more like a dry history lesson than an engaging story. Disappointed.
