The Sixthe cursed pistols that can destroy the worldhave fallen into the wrong hands. Griselda the Grey Witch and her henchman Jesup Sutter now control the weapons. As they prepare to use the guns to throw open the gates of Perdition and condemn the world to darkness, they are opposed only by a ragtag group of desperate heroes. But Drake Sinclair, Becky Montcrief, and Screaming Crow have a few surprises in store for the ageless witch. As the apocalypse dawns, a vicious gunfight rages in the streets of a nameless city!

Volume 8 has some fantastic moments, but I felt the pacing dragged a bit in parts. Still, the storyline is so engaging, and the characters are well-developed. Worth reading if you’re a fan of the series!

Visually stunning but confusing at times
The art in Hell and High Water is breathtaking, but I had a hard time following some of the plot points. I love the series, don't get me wrong, but I think Volume 8 could have used a bit more clarity. Still worth a read!

A thrilling conclusion to the series!
I've been following The Sixth Gun series, and Volume 8, Hell and High Water, really nails it. The plot twists kept me on the edge of my seat, and the artwork is stunning as always. Can't believe I have to say goodbye to these characters!

Not my favorite in the series
I found Hell and High Water a bit disappointing compared to earlier volumes. Some parts felt rushed and others were a bit convoluted. Still, I appreciate the effort, just not my top pick from the series.

An epic end to a wild ride!
Wow, Volume 8 was intense! The stakes are higher than ever, and I loved the character arcs. The blend of action and supernatural elements is just perfect. I’m sad to see it end, but what a ride it’s been!
