When I received the small business start-up kit, I found a couple of items missing, which was frustrating. The material that was there was useful, but I expected everything to be included. Hoping they can improve their packaging and inventory control!

This kit is a decent start for anyone looking to start a small business. It has a lot of great resources, but I found the instructions to be a bit vague in places. Some more detailed guides would’ve helped me a lot. Overall, I think it's solid!
