The Spirit of Covington adds a nice touch to my decor, but I found it to be a bit more fragile than I expected. I really love the colors and details, but I had a minor issue with it arriving with a small chip. Customer service was helpful, though, so I’m giving it a 3.

Disappointing Quality
I really wanted to love The Spirit of Covington, but it arrived with noticeable defects, which was quite disappointing. The colors weren't as vibrant as shown in the pictures either. It feels like it was rushed in production. I wish I could return it, but now I’m stuck with it.

Beautiful Design, Slow Shipping
This piece is gorgeous and looks even better in person! The design is beautiful, and it fits great in my cafe. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a little frustrating. Still, I'm glad I decided to keep it because it really enhances the atmosphere.
