This is a decent retelling of King Arthur, but I found the text a bit simplified for my taste. My daughter enjoyed the adventure but I think she’d appreciate a more complex version as she gets older. It’s still a fun read for young ones, just not my favorite.

Unfortunately, the pages of this book started tearing after just a few readings. I love the story of King Arthur, but I expected a bit more durability from a children’s edition. Maybe I just got a bad copy, but I can’t recommend it as it stands.
