From the Preface:Following the horrific events of September 11, 20011, I felt a book should be produced that would examine how the pastors and leaders of the Church of God Reformation Movement handled the September 11th terrorist strike in pulpits across the United States of America. No matter how one measures the terrorist strikes on September 11, 2001, whether it be by the number of civilians murders, by the value of property destroyed or by the sheer terror experienced by the citizens of the worlds last remaining superpower, these attacks were the most violent and devastating attacks ever perpetrated against the citizens of this nation.

I found the stories shared in this book fascinating, but some sections felt a bit repetitive. It’s definitely an emotional read, and while it didn’t change my life, I appreciated the depth of the author’s experiences. Worth a read if you’re into this genre!

A Thought-Provoking Read
This book really made me reflect on the impacts of tragedy in our lives. The author’s insights are deep and resonate well, making it a perfect read for anyone interested in understanding grief and resilience. It's a bit of a heavy topic, but so thoughtful!

Not What I Expected
Honestly, I thought this would be more uplifting. It deals with some really heavy topics that left me feeling a bit drained. The writing is good, but the subject matter is pretty grim. I guess I expected something different.

Heartfelt but Heavy
This book was tough to get through at times. The way the author describes their experiences with tragedy is powerful but also really intense. I liked it, but I needed breaks to process everything. Not for the faint of heart!

A Powerful Narrative
I really admired how this book tackled such difficult subjects with honesty and compassion. The author's voice is unique, and you can feel the emotions throughout. It challenged me to think about my own experiences with loss. Highly recommend if you're ready for a deep dive!
