I was a bit disappointed with "The Tree That Bends". Some of the advice seemed too generic and I didn't feel like it applied to my situation. Also, the writing style wasn’t engaging enough for me. I expected more from the reviews I had read.

I found some useful ideas in this book about maintaining a flexible mindset, but a few chapters felt repetitive. It’s still a solid read if you're looking to improve your resilience. I guess I expected a bit more depth in some sections.
