I was really looking forward to this trilogy, but I found the plot quite confusing at several points. While some characters were engaging, a few of them seemed underdeveloped. I wouldn't say I hated it, but it definitely didn’t meet my expectations like I hoped.

A colorful world worth exploring
The characters in The Trials are wonderfully fleshed out, and I loved the vibrant descriptions of the settings. It really adds to the atmosphere of the story. However, some chapters felt a bit repetitive. Still, I’m glad I picked it up and enjoyed the ride!
