I bought this Instant Pot Cookbook and it's been such a lifesaver! The 200 easy recipes really are foolproof. I've made everything from soups to desserts, and they all turn out amazing. Highly recommend for busy folks like me!

Not impressed with the recipes
Honestly, I expected more from this cookbook. The recipes sounded good, but a couple of them didn’t work out well for me. Also, it took longer to prep than I thought. Maybe it’s just not for me.

Good variety but some recipes need tweaks
This cookbook has a nice variety of 200 recipes. I tried a few and while they were generally easy to follow, I found that some cooking times were a bit off for my Instant Pot. Still, it’s a solid book to have if you want to explore pressure cooking!
