I was really looking forward to reading this book, but it didn’t quite deliver for me. Some chapters were hard to get through, and I felt like the concepts were too basic. Maybe more experienced leaders would find it useful, but I was left wanting more.

Helpful, but a bit repetitive
This book has some solid advice for leaders. I liked the structured questions, but a few chapters felt a bit repetitive. I've taken away some useful strategies, but I was hoping for more varied examples. It's still a decent read for anyone in management.
