This meditation guide is solid, but some aspects felt repetitive to me. I found myself wishing for more variety in the meditations. Still, I appreciate the peaceful approach it brings to my daily routine.

Not Very Engaging
I wanted to love this, but the meditations didn't resonate with me as much as I'd hoped. They felt a bit lacking and didn't hold my attention. Maybe it's just a personal preference, but I was slightly disappointed.
