I bought this for my husband who's into wellness and he enjoys it. The exercises are described well and he feels more energized after doing them. The layout is clean, but it could use a few more illustrations for clarity.

Not what I expected
I was disappointed with this book. The exercises seemed overly complicated and not very practical for daily use. Additionally, the writing could use more detail; it left me confused at times. Definitely not the best investment for me.

Great guide for bioenergetic exercises!
I recently picked up 'A Manual of Bioenergetic Exercises' and it's been an eye-opener. The 100 exercises are innovative and really help with my overall health. It's super easy to follow, which I love since I'm new to these types of workouts!

Decent book, but a bit repetitive
This manual has a lot of good concepts, but I found some exercises felt a bit repetitive after a while. It's still pretty helpful for anyone interested in bioenergetics, just wish there were more variety in the routines.
