Great Recipes, Some are Challenging
This cookbook has a lot of fantastic recipes; however, some of them require ingredients that are hard to find. The traditional dishes are authentic, but it took me longer than expected to gather everything. Still, a pretty good buy for any fan of Chinese cooking!
