Diodenlaser haben seit der Jahrtausendwende ihre Einsatzbereiche und damit auch den Umsatz rasant gesteigert. Ob als Direktanwendung oder zum Pumpen von Festkrperlasern werden sie in mehr als 50% aller derzeit kommerziell verfgbaren Lasersystemen verwendet. Einher damit gehen auch die Entwicklungen fr Wrmesenken von Diodenlasern. Diese mssen vermehrt mannigfaltige Anforderungen erfllen. Zur Umsetzung werden in dieser Arbeit neben unterschiedlichen Herstellungsverfahren der Wrmesenken auch verschiedenartige Materialien untersucht und verwendet. Den so entworfenen Konzepten ist die Anpassung der thermischen Ausdehnung von Diodenlaserbarren und Wrmesenke gemein. Die entwickelten Wrmesenken sind in zwei Gruppen hinsichtlich des Khlkonzeptes aufgeteilt, aktiv wassergekhlte und passiv konduktive Wrmesenken. Bei der Umsetzung werden unterschiedliche Materialien bzw. Materialkombinationen, Herstellungsverfahren und Khlkonzepte verwendet. Die beschriebenen Lsungen veranschaulichen, dass fr die wachsenden Einsatzgebiete von Diodenlasern auch die bentigten Khlkonzepte verfgbar sind bzw. sein werden und sollen Entwicklern als Ideengeber und Orientierung behilflich sein.
