I was excited to read 'They Shot the Piano Player' but when it arrived, the pages were sort of flimsy and the binding felt cheap. I really wanted to love this graphic novel, but the quality just wasn't there for me. Maybe the story is good but the presentation left me frustrated.

Interesting but Could Be Better
So, I picked up 'They Shot the Piano Player' because I've heard good things about it. While the art was impressive, the story felt a bit rushed in parts. I was hoping for more development in some areas. Still, I enjoyed parts of it — just wanted a little more from the ending.
