This book has some great insights into user research techniques, but I found some sections skimmed over key details. While I appreciate the practical examples, I was hoping for a bit more depth on implementing these strategies in real life. Still, it’s a decent read for getting a general understanding of UX research.

Disappointed with Presentation and Examples
I had high hopes for this book, but it fell short for me. The layout isn’t very engaging, and some of the examples felt outdated. I was expecting a more dynamic approach, considering the fast-evolving field of UX design. I’m not sure I would recommend it to others in my circle.
