Great insights, but a bit dense
I appreciate the depth of information in this book, especially for public administration topics. However, some sections are quite dense and took me longer to get through. Still, the third edition does a good job of updating necessary insights. Definitely useful for my coursework!

I thought this edition would include more recent case studies related to the pandemic, but it didn't meet my expectations in that regard. It covers the basics well, but I was hoping for more current content. Just a little disappointed with the updates.
