As someone on the spectrum, I found 'This is My Brain' to be a validation of my experiences. The way the author describes thoughts and feelings resonates deeply. This is a great book for both neurodiverse individuals and their families. Easy to read and lots of valuable perspectives!

Good but Lacks Depth
This book offers some interesting insights into neurodiversity, but I felt it skimmed over some important topics. It’s a decent read if you’re new to the subject, but I was hoping for more detailed discussions. Still, it’s a start!

Insightful and Engaging Read
I just finished 'This is My Brain' and it truly opened my eyes to neurodiversity. The author's perspective is refreshing and relatable, especially the anecdotes that really hit home for me as a parent of a neurodiverse child. Highly recommend for anyone looking to understand this topic better!

Not What I Expected
I was a bit disappointed with this book. I thought it would delve deeper into neurodiversity research, but it felt more like personal stories. While those stories were nice, I was looking for more scientific backing. Shipping was also slower than promised.

Great for Raising Awareness
I bought this book for my book club, and it sparked some wonderful discussions about neurodiversity. The author does a fantastic job explaining complex ideas in simple terms. It’s colorful and engaging—definitely worth the read!
