That was the year that Pegleg Miller went into the hills and never came back.The other was the story of Butcher Krantz, a deadly menace to anyone who crossed his path. Entire populations were steeped in fear at the mere mention of his name and his reputation was well deserved. The only man who wasnt afraid of Butcher Krantz was Crook Alvord.
