About the Author William St. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education from Cal Poly Pomona, Ca. He is a graduate of Corporate Coach University and the Sr. Vice President of Operations for Las Vegas Athletic Clubs. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for thirtyseven years. Together, they have three children and live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
