I was really excited for this Charmander figure, but it arrived with a scratch on the face. The paint job isn't the best either. I reached out to customer service, but it took a while to get a response. Not thrilled about my purchase.

As a longtime Pokémon fan, I couldn’t resist adding the Charmander to my desk. It’s well-made and really captures the character. The only downside was the shipping took longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait!

Nice little figure, but fragile
The Charmander looks great and is a nice size for display. However, I noticed the tail is quite delicate. I accidentally bumped it while cleaning, and now there's a small chip. Just be careful with it!
