In To Soar: Life is an Attitude, Joan Moos shows us through her poetry that we should make conscious choices to deal in a positive way with new situations in our lives. Just a walk in the park can find a treasure trove of new wonders. Leafing through a photo album can release memories of happy times, and learning something new can be most rewarding. In Part Six of To Soar, Moos introduces us to the joy of actual soaring flight, a pathway that she herself has taken. There are always new horizons to see, new wonders yet to behold, and new goals still to pursue. Each of us must continue to make the most of every moment that we have been granted, and be ready to soar. About the Author I grew up in Valley Stream, NY just outside of NYC. I began my working career as a professional dancer, eventually teaching ballet and tap dance in my hometown and later in Westerville, OH where I taught for thirtytwo years. I didn't begin writing poetry until 1996 following my retirement. In 1975 I was inspired by some of the experiences I had when my husband and I began taking lessons in glider flight. I now fly only with my husband, but the experience of flight has introduced me to a wonderful new world that begs me to write about it. In addition to putting together my first book of poetry I am busy keeping up with submissions of my work to a newspaper of which I am a regular contributor, and sharing with other writers and poets. My husband and I have two daughters and two grandchildren, each with many varied and interesting endeavors that have helped to fuel my inspiration.

products, we have already made a big leap forward. This ranges from the
increased use of more sustainable fibers to the use of more
environmentally friendly printing processes to the development of
efficient waste management in our value chain.
