Together Tummy is a book about diastasis recti (separation of the outermost abdominal muscles)a condition that has been ignored by the medical community. A condition that people dont even know they have because they have never even been checked for it. So they go from doctor to doctor to find out what is wrong with their bellies. Many times they go to a doctor to get treated for the side effects of this condition which show up as back pain, pelvic floor, and GI problems.
