I really wanted to like 'Tom Brown's Schooldays,' but it just didn't resonate with my son. The content felt dated, and he struggled to connect with the characters. The binding seemed a bit flimsy, too. I'm disappointed since I had high hopes for this classic.

This book is a classic, but my daughter found some parts a bit slow. While I think the themes are important, it's not as action-packed as she'd like. Still, the quality of the print and binding is excellent, which I appreciate from Wordsworth.
