I love the new creatures in the 2023 edition of Tome of Beasts, but I found it a bit on the expensive side. Still, I’ve used several monsters already in my sessions, and they brought a lot of excitement. Worth considering if you’re serious about your game.

Arrived damaged, very disappointed
Unfortunately, when my Tome of Beasts 1 arrived, the cover was damaged and a few pages were crinkled. I expected better quality for the price. I contacted customer service, but it took a while to get a response. Disappointing experience overall.

Not exactly what I expected
I was excited to get the Tome of Beasts 1, but I found some of the descriptions a bit lacking for new players. The monsters are cool, but the details could be clearer. It's a solid supplement, just not as beginner-friendly as I had hoped.
