La tomographie rayons X permet dimager des coupes transversales du corps irradi. Afin de rduire les temps de calcul et les cots de mise en uvre, les reconstructions habituellement utilises en milieu hospitalier font des hypothses simplificatrices sur le processus de gnration des donnes. Elles supposent notamment que les rayons X mis sont monochromatiques. Les erreurs de reconstruction dues ces approximations sont gnralement faibles. Mais des artfacts peuvent devenir importants lorsque les conditions sont dfavorables, notamment en prsence dobjets mtalliques. Nous proposons ici une nouvelle technique de reconstruction tomographique qui tient compte du caractre polychromatique des rayons X. La premire partie de cet ouvrage dcrit les procds techniques et les principes physiques rgissant la tomographie rayons X. La deuxime partie dcrit les techniques de reconstruction existantes et leurs limites. La troisime partie prsente une nouvelle mthode de reconstruction et les rsultats obtenus sur des images simules. Elle voque enfin les travaux quil reste effectuer pour valider compltement la mthode retenue.
