About the Author Rudolf Tuin wurde 1969 in Norden / Ostfriesland geboren. Nach dem Studium arbeite er unter anderem als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter eines Bundestagsabgeordneten aus der Grafschaft Bentheim. Der Autor kehrte im Jahr 2009 nach Ostfriesland zurck, wo er in der PRAbteilung eines international ttigen Unternehmens beschftigt ist.
