I think the Touching the Earth meditations are beautifully crafted, but they might not suit everyone's taste. Some of the sessions felt a bit too long for my liking. However, if you’re looking for guided mindfulness practices, this could still be a great addition to your routine.

Disappointing Experience
I was really looking forward to the Touching the Earth guided meditations, but the audio quality was disappointing. It sounded muffled, and it made it hard to focus. I expected more clarity for the price. I hope they improve the recordings; I really wanted to love this product!
